Refund policy

1. What do I do if I am not happy with my item(s)?

Please contact [email protected] or (852) 3709-2829 with any questions, concerns, or complaints (or a ‘good job!’ sometimes is nice, too!) about your order or for returns. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right with you. Within 15 days from the day you made your original purchase, you can return or exchange your items if it is approved. Return shipment must be postmarked within 15 days of the day you purchased the item.

2. Can I return any item?

If a gift card is used, items are not eligible for return. Alcoholic purchases are not eligible for return or exchange. If the item is damaged by the customer, it is not eligible for return. Return shipment must be postmarked within 15 days of the day you purchased the item.

3. How do I return my items?

Contact [email protected] if you wish to return or exchange an item, referencing your order number.

If the item is defective, damaged, or the order was fulfilled incorrectly, Moonzen Brewery will arrange a driver to return the merchandise to us at no charge to you and will ship the correct/unbroken item to you at no additional charge. If you are requesting a full refund for any other reason than stated above, customer can pay to return the package to Moonzen Brewery OR let us know if you wish the value of your refund will be deducted from (generally HKD 120 per trip except remote areas such as Lantau Island).

Once the item has been received and inspected, the replacement item or refund will be issued as discussed between Moonzen Brewery and the customer. No additional shipping charges will be due to ship exchanged item(s).

Any product you return must be the same condition you received it and in the original packaging (unless you find it to be defective). Misuse or abuse of the product does not constitute it being ‘defective’.

Unfortunately, exchange policy is not available when the items are delivered correctly. If you have placed the wrong order in our online shop, feel free to contact us for further arrangement.
